It will come in all colours, shapes, sizes, and forms. And when it comes in the form of sangra sabzi, it melts your heart with the laal mirch, chuara, kismis, and mustard oil. It prods your mind to reflect on the wide varieties of sabzis and cuisines that India so generously offers.” According to her post, it’s a Rajasthani specialty that came to her from Kolkata and she just couldn’t resist.
