Since its debut in 1997, Grey Goose has been one of the best-selling premium vodkas in the United States.
The brand was conceived after Founder and CEO, Sidney Frank, had an idea to develop a luxury vodka for the American market.
Frank partnered with the well-known cognac producer François Thibault to help create the unique vodka.
Frank launched the company in France due to the country’s rich culinary history and access to high-quality ingredients.
He also wanted to differentiate Grey Goose from other vodka brands that were primarily produced in Eastern Europe.
Grey Goose is meticulously crafted using the French tradition of Maître de Chai (cellar master), which allows specific aromas to be produced in the distillation process.
To produce the vodka, Grey Goose uses natural spring water that is filtered through Champagne limestone.
The water is blended with “soft winter wheat,” a superior, bread-making wheat that is sown in October and harvested in August.
This dedication to quality earned Grey Goose the title of “Best Tasting Vodka” in 1998 by the Beverage Tasting Institute.
Although Grey Goose vodka tastes great by itself, it also works well in co*cktails.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Grey Goose Le Citron
- 1.5 oz Peach nectar
- 1 Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 Ginger slice
- 1 Dash of grapefruit bitters
Directions
- Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled martini co*cktail glass.
- Garnish with a rose petal.

- 1.5 oz Grey Goose La Poire
- 1.5 oz Coconut water
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime
- 2 Thai micro basil leaves
- o.5 oz Coconut syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Shake and strain over fresh cubed ice into a rocks glass.

Directions
